DELIVERY CHARGES

The price charged for delivery will depend on the item(s) ordered, their size, their value and the delvery location. Once your order has been placed online our sales team will contact you to advise the relevant delivery charges if any. Alternatively please email us on sales@gardinerdistribution.com before checkout with the delivery address and items required for a delivery quote.

We endeavour to stick to these postcode delivery days as a hard and fast rule, there is on occassion flexibilty so if you require special delivery please let us know:

“48 HOUR RULE”

For all items ordered from Gardiner Distribution, you have 48 hours to report damages, this includes kitchen furniture and appliances, sinks, taps etc. A written account of the damage to your item(s) along with photographic evidence is required to sales@gardinerdistribution.com.

Please do not book fitters, tradesmen or arrange onward journey for you order until goods have been received and checked for damage (this could be transit or manufacturer’s flaw) or picking error, we are unable to offer compensation if you receive a call out charge from your installer.

The 48-hour damages rule is in place as after this time it would be impossible to ascertain if damaged has occurred to your order in transit or whilst in your possession. Damages reported after 48 hours do not qualify for a free of charge replacement and will need to be re-ordered with the sale team


INCORRECT DELIVERY

It is highly unlikely that you would receive something incorrect as part of your order, however, if this was to happen please call us on 01622 600478 or email sales@gardinerdistribution.com to discuss the suspected incorrect items.
